KS PT License 1 year experience BLS Our Physical Therapy Position will cover both outpatients and swing bed patients.
KS PT LICENSE REQUIREDo Minimum amount of experience for consideration:
6 mo.
o EMR/Documentation system:
Evident/CPSIo Caseload/patient scheduling info:
Avg.
Outpatients - 7 patients at 45min to 1hr ea.
Avg.
2 skilled inpatients at 30min ea.
o Proposed weekly schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am to 5pmo COVID vaccination required?:
